ADOPT FOR A SECOND CAREER
At our training center, we rehabilitate and retrain OTTBs who have the potential for a new career off the track. We have an array of adoptable horses—ready for second a chance across nearly every imaginable discipline.
FIND A COMPANION
We are home to nearly 120 retired racehorses, many of whom are no longer rideable, given injury and/or age. We offer a companion adoption option for those owners seeking this type of magnificent and loving companion.
SANCTUARY SPONSORSHIP
The Sanctuary at Akindale offers safe-haven to nearly 100 retired racehorses. Each horse has a distinct look, personality, and history. Each requires love and funding. Select a horse, sponsor his or her journey, and fall in love!
