ABOUT: Royal Event came to Akindale a couple of months ago after finishing her racing career and has been enjoying some well-deserved time to let down from the track. She is a very sweet mare and is now ready to begin her retraining and transition into a second career.

Royal Event is currently barefoot and has not yet been restarted under saddle, giving her next person the opportunity to bring her along in the direction of their choosing. We think she could make a great polo or sport horse prospect with the right training and development. She is also eligible for the 2027 Retired Racehorse Project Thoroughbred Makeover.
