ABOUT: Sin Novedad's story began right here at Akindale, where he was born and raised. Although he went on to have a racing career, it was a relatively short one, and unfortunately, a knee injury ultimately prevented him from pursuing a second career as a riding horse.

While we always hope our horses can go on to successful careers beyond the racetrack, sometimes retirement is simply the best option. For Sin Novedad, that meant returning to the place where it all began and enjoying a lifetime of care in our sanctuary.

And can we talk about that face? Sin Novedad has one of the cutest faces on the farm, and we're especially big fans of his adorable white nose! It's hard not to fall in love with a face like his.

Today, Sin Novedad spends his days enjoying life with his herd, with no expectations other than being happy and comfortable. He may not have had a long racing career or gone on to become a riding horse, but he's found his forever home right where his story started.
