ABOUT: TV Hunter has been part of Akindale's story for many years. He was originally adopted in 2007 through the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation (TRF), beginning what was hoped to be a wonderful second chapter after his racing career.

At some point following his adoption, TV Hunter was returned to Akindale. Unfortunately, we don't have many details about his time away or the circumstances surrounding his return, but we do know that he has called Akindale home for a very long time.

Today, TV Hunter is a longtime member of our sanctuary herd, enjoying the peaceful retirement he deserves. While we may not know every detail of his past, we are happy to be able to provide him with a safe and permanent home.
