ABOUT: Win for Fun came to Akindale in 2009 following the end of her racing career and has been part of our sanctuary herd ever since.

While we're not entirely sure why she was never retrained for a second career, she certainly seems to have embraced retirement! And with a name like Win for Fun, how could you not love her? We think she has one of the best names on the farm, and she has the personality to go along with it.

One of our favorite things about Win for Fun is her adorable white nose, which makes her easy to spot in the herd. She's always happy to come over and greet you, and it's hard not to smile when you see that familiar white nose heading your way.

After so many years at Akindale, Win for Fun is one of our longtime residents who reminds us just how special these horses are. She may not have gone on to a second career, but she has certainly made the most of her retirement, enjoying life with her herd and greeting anyone who comes to visit.
